Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations. Availability may vary depending on the product and carrier limitations.

If your location is not supported at checkout, you will not be able to complete your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


3. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.56 USD per order.

  • This fee applies to all standard orders
  • No hidden handling fees
  • Shipping fee is calculated once per order, regardless of number of items

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International orders: 10–25 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs inspection, or peak seasons.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


6. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after ordering, please contact us.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first (if tracking is available)
  2. Then contact us at support@kiraharmony.us

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

However, we are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “delivered.”


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delayed or returned packages.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted in certain regions due to legal or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped to a specific destination.
