Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  2. Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  3. Downloadable or digital products.

  4. Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Return Process

  1. Email support@kiraharmony.us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return instructions and authorization.

  3. Ship the item to the designated return address.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges
